Professional Background
Victoria
Tziretas is currently a Business Transformation Analyst at RBC Capital
Markets, where she manages projects that streamline operations and drive
strategic change across the business. Graduating from the Ted Rogers
School of Management with her Bachelor of Commerce in the Business
Management Co-Operative program, Victoria has developed expertise in
regulatory compliance, change management, and process improvement and
optimization. Previously, she held roles with RBC Early Talent
Acquisition (US and Canada) and RBC Capital Markets Compliance, Control
Room.
Role with the HCBT
As
a Director of the Hellenic Canadian Board of Trade, Victoria
contributes to leading and promoting community initiatives. She is
passionate about mentoring emerging leaders shaping the future of
business.
Fun Fact / Personal Note
Outside
of work, Victoria volunteers with the University Health Network (UHN)
at the Toronto Rehabilitation Centre. Victoria also enjoys playing
soccer and tennis.
